Wild Child Publishing has issued the second volume of short stories in Cruising the Green of Second Avenue. The tales take up where Vol. I left off — bringing back Klein the Biker, Straight Charlie and Sammy the Madman while introducing new characters stumbling over life’s difficulties in the late 60s. - I was a reporter, writer, editor and communications director for more than three decades before returning to creative writing. After earning a B.A. in English-journalism from Grinnell College (Iowa), I served in the Army Security Agency in Korea and Taiwan. I've produced public events at Western Connecticut State University, coordinated publicity for the Bethel and Connecticut Film Festivals, and currently lead a writing group in my New Jersey home town.
